Over the years, donors who have worked with ARR have told
us the financial rewards are nice. But they uniformly cite
their role in helping others create new life as the most rewarding
part of this process. It is such a positive experience that
almost 90 percent of eligible donors choose to donate with
us again!
The medical process involves a series of medications
designed to stimulate your ovaries to produce more eggs than
would be produced naturally. The eggs are retrieved via needle
aspiration by a reproductive endocrinologist, (which in layman’s
terms means no incision, no cuts) and are fertilized with the
intended father’s (or a donor’s) sperm. Some of those embryos
will then be implanted into the uterus of the intended mother
or a gestational surrogate.
ARR is committed to making this
a positive experience for all involved. We personally meet
with you to make sure you fully understand the implications
and are comfortable with the process. We will support and guide
you throughout this process, and if at any time you have questions
or concerns, we will be there to be your advocate and help
you in any way we can.
As a donor, your anonymity is closely
protected. All approved applicants are entered into our private
database. Your pictures and personal information will never
be posted on our Web site for all to see. We will only send
your profiles to those individuals who are working with us.
We follow the American Society for Reproductive Medicine guidelines
and have formulated a Code of Ethics so that all parties know
ARR’s philosophy and approach.
We welcome and encourage donor
applicants from all religious and ethnic backgrounds. If you
want to change someone’s life forever by becoming an egg donor,
please create an account or login. To learn more about
the egg donation process, read our FAQs or contact
