After a lengthy in-person meeting with every potential candidate, the applicants are screened by an independent licensed clinical psychologist specializing in assisted reproductive technology. This screening includes a comprehensive personal and medical history, a psycho-social evaluation, and a written standardized personality test.

Approved candidates are entered into our private database, where identities of both egg donors and gestational surrogates are kept confidential. Then, we work closely with intended parents to find the best possible match based on the criteria that is important to them.
